FACT---no one knows the current OS or float, and havent for months [no "published" numbers]

FACT---no one knows if there is any direct ownership of TFN or TWN [as per their own PR's]

FACT---SP is off some 75% since early january

FACT---the company has a history of massive RS [1 for 10,000]

FACT---billions of shares have traded in the past 2 months with sideways/negative price movement regardless of "enthusiastic" PRs

FACT---not one 8K has been filed even though several "major" events have transpired

FACT---SW has a loooong history of "failed" ventures [where the common "long" SH lost big]
