Yesterday they tried to bait you in to buying .0004 by flipping around what you see.

Today you can't sell any .0004's
No buyers. Weren't a lot of TRUE buyers at .0004 either. At least not as many as portrayed. Very telling when you can instantly step in front of a 10's of million share stack.
