I would have to assume it was someone inside the company, there aren't that many places that many shares could have come from.

However, what often happens with trades like that is that a large buyer looking for a block will go to the company and try and find size so they can get a position. My interest is more towards who bought the position and why as opposed to who sold it.

As long as it's not the CEO, I think it could bode well for the future as someone appears to have wanted in on a big position. Whoever bought it is surely not looking only for a few cents one would have to presume.

Interesting for sure. Lastly, I can't speak to the past or what occurred, only the current fundamentals. I think we all would agree that they look compelling and the current less than 1X revenues valuation extremely cheap.

It could be it could be paying for the acquisition all i know is someone was buying some big block some block of four hundred and fifty thousand blocks was bought so so something going on
