There's that "PILL"...again Since Kittzelle has never seen this... Lets look at what I call psychology around "round numbers" like the $10 stocks I like so much...
It is my contention that there is more psychology/behavior at the $11 and $9 dollar levels than at the $10...(From here on you should never risk more than $1.50/$1.60 and with practice you can get it down to 5/8ths of a point) Also...with THINK 5/8ths ... 3/8ths ...7/8ths in mind...which are good/near enough to the Fibronacci numbers also... So...I want signals to happen...every one wants to buy $10 reversal..But with KNDI that hasn't happened...all the psychology and behavior is happening around $11...Look at how many 10% moves have happened in the last few weeks from both $11 and from $11.60..and $10 never happened...KNDI proves there is more psychology around $11...All I need is a stochastics signal and I'll trade for 10 % with 1/3rd of the position... Late happens with signals and 10.60...and 11.60... miss the signal miss the ride to 10%..and psychology is saying this little stock thinks its a $14/$15 stock...
RULE of Thumb is price at 11 dollars thinks its a $14 stock...price at $9 expect $6...=Psychology is greater at 11 and 9 than at $10. YOU WILL ALWAY BE LATE IF YOU HAVEN'T PULL THE TRIGGER BY $11.62... I suggest that you never need to risk more than 10% and that there will be a technical signal before that 10% happens if you listening to the chart; telling you its psychology is changing and therefore people's behavior changes...Hope turns to doubt and fear... 300 shares and a 10% move says sell at least 1/3 and the Market has bought your stop for you... on the remaining shares... Daily chart...horizontal lines are at 11.60...11...and 9... You will see the same around $5...lines are 4...5...6... Listen to the signals...
