Why didn't NEWL voluntarily delist to the OTC? The CEO at this company isn't too bright. The stock price may have recovered some if the CEO had came out with a press release stating no reverse split and a voluntary delisting from Nasdaq. If anything the reverse splits have driven the stock price down even more. Investors might not trust this company again for a very long time.
