Treaty can't get a lawyer because thier checks are no good and they don't pay anybody...

Treaty claimed they had the money to drill the Mitchell wells and the Stockton wells... Where did all that money go???

According to Heart Land Treaty isn't close to anything. Hence the lawsuit.
