Fortunately for Scrips, the company does have evidence to support their allegations of deceptive and fraudulent conduct. They attached some of to their Complaint. So, while it is sad to see yet another small company get steamrolled by IR, the lawsuit between SCRC and IR will be determined on its own unique set of facts, which SCRC's attorney so eloquently expressed in the Complaint.
