by absorbing a massive amount of toxic shares without going below $.05, SCRC has already earned a very positive place in the record books

SCRC has not absorbed any "massive" amount of toxic shares yet. It absorbed a lot during Q4'13 and Q'14 and we saw how much the sp cratered (from .30 to .08, finding support around .10), but those shares absorbed back then pale in comparison to the 20M+ shares of .05 PIPE shares that begin unlocking as early as 6/28/14, not to mention the millions of additional shares of 0.00 stock held by many of these same PIPE holders.

As I've stated multiple times, SCRC needs to issue a consistent diet of MEANINGFUL PR's and other news beginning NOW to generate buying interest to absorb these dilutive shares. In addition, shareholders need to hope that the tranches don't unlock where there is too much hitting the float at around the same time. Hopefully the dilution will be reasonably spread out.
