it still does not make sense to me why it would/should take 2-4 years to become fully reporting. it just doesnt need to be that onerous.

if these revenues are real (as in not contrived/staged), are sustaining - $500K+/month, and are complimented with reasonable SG&A, i will be impressed. there has to be considerably more disclosure/transparency in the financials to ferret out the details.

there still is a lot of questions concerning share count and how they went from 7-8 million in 2004 (last reporting for MLOG) to 32MM as of release date. 10MM increase since 12/13. insiders/directors can not just give themselves shares/restructure like that when the company is non reporting. it is a total lack of transparency that undermines the entire credibility of the market.

the company still needs to provide shareholders with a more comprehensive business strategy going forward. right now, the sum total is the paragraph on their homepage.
