While you bring up a valid point, this was something that surely was taken into account when the company discussed uplisting at the AGM almost 2 weeks after the initial acquisition announcement. At that time they anticipated within 2 weeks, so I'd bet JBs speculation is going to be spot on or pretty darn close. Regardless, I think we are very, very close to uplist, and my 6th sense is telling me we get some type of very positive business development announced along with it to add fuel to the fire. :-)

The merger announcement was on 5/16 and the AGM was on 5/27.

At the AGM, a Company officer stated that all was well with NASDAQ and they were waiting to be DTC eligible.

It appears that it has taken longer than they thought to be included on the DTC list.
