If it's not impressive then don't invest here and look for an investment elsewhere. Plenty of people happy with stock price today and know what's going to happen when form 10 is submitted.

You're really missing the point here which is it only took $15k to make it go up 60%,,,, What's going to happen to the PPS when $100k, $500k, or $1,000,000 gets tossed at KMAG?

60% on $15k in volume is not impressive.
