The amendment for the florida registration shows the secretary position and treasurer were deleted. There is no current corporate secretary.

Correction: Spending $4 MILLION on a gift distribution does make sense for a company that still needs millions in funding and continues to massively dilute.

Previously this was erroneously stated as the following missing the "million" qualifier which made it sound that only $4 was spent instead of $4 million:
