Again you missed my point.
If the price projection was say $.15, I would say no big deal as it is only 3 times the current price.
$.45 on the other hand is 9 times what it is worth now meaning to me at least that it is worth a bit more than the current price.
Sorry but that is the simplest way for me to explain it.
