The volume won't pick up until the lists are finalized on June 30th. This was a preliminary list, so PLUG isn't technically added yet. PLUG will almost certainly be added on June 30th though. Also, I don't see this being a huge PPS boost immediately. This is more of a confirmation that PLUG is doing the right things.
