My guess is that Boral deal was not progressing forward the way it should of - marketing, etc.(large international companies have lots of layers)so INTK made a deal with Eagle (a private company that obviously can react quicker). Eagle is the largest cement tile manufacturer in the US. This should further prove that this product is/was wanted by more than one company for the coating of premium roof tiles.
