OTC Markets has a copy of the legal opinion that clearly states "the financial statements are not audited." Suggest you read it.

In addition, on the company profile information also listed on OTC Markets there is an entry that says audited. Yet just a few lines later on the same page under Service Providers the entry in the Accounting/Auditing Firm the entry is "not available."

It's clear this pile has no auditor and no audited fins.
