This is the type of language that she should have included in her email:
(From the last page of the wakabayashifund PPJE report)
I notice also from the last page of the 2009 PPJE Executive Summary report that wakabayashifund was paid 75 million restricted shares for their role... I am sure those shares have long since been sold. No such disclosure was provided on the most recent PPJE Executive Summary Report (good sign!).
Did the e-mail message that you received give any indication that PPJ is once again engaging Wakabayashi Fund to seek additional investment in PPJE stock?
This Executive Summary Report is probably the best piece of documentation that I've seen generated from PPJ. Of course, because it is basically advertising copy, one could hope it was of their best quality. That being said, PPJ could still benefit from a good layout design person to rework this. For instance, some of the graphics are too small, some of the photographs have been resized out of proportion instead of cropped, the name of the corporate lawyer was left out, and the funniest mistake was that they spelled Chandana's name wrong on the last page: "This report has been authorized and approved by Ms Chanda Basu , CEO of PPJ Enterprise (09/30/2009)."
Nonetheless, I thought it was rather clever of them to contact with investment organizations in other countries to seek additional funding. It is always good when management of a corporation can think globally.
