ERHC has created a separate subsidiary for each block in which they are participating. Three Blocks … three subsidiaries. More Blocks? … more subsidiaries. Each of the ERHC subsidiaries is owned 100% by ERHC Energy.

This structure is normal, and is used to keep the financial and legal activities of any Block separate from any other Block.

I’m not sure, but as I recall, this structure is REQUIRED by the JDA.
