You must not be aware of this...there are 3 core requirements used to determine patentability by the Patent Cooperation Treaty. They are; Novelty, Inventive Step, and Industrial Applicability. SVFC's International Patent application written opinion by the PCT is a YES for all 3 core requirements. Anyone else can come up with an IP application of their own, but in order for to to be determined as patentable by the PCT, it would have to be completely different than SVFC's in order for it to be considered NOVEL and therefor granted.
