you are correct - its a start. revenues of $500K/month out of Nu-Star is very positive. i still want to see financials from 2013 and 1H14 to see where the revenues are coming from and more importantly - where SG&A is. revenues are obviously critical but they mean little if there is no path to profitability.

if the selective disclosure is a pittance to satisfy the "spring" commitment they made on the website - the entire mgmt/BOD will remain suspect and i will remain critical and aggressively pursue full disclosure.

if the corner has been turned - and i will not sign off on that thought until i see full financials/full reporting - then i will congratulate the company on the turn around and become a proponent for future growth/profitability.

for now, i still consider this PR suspect due to the timing (one week before spring is over) and lacking very little details. that is countered with a somewhat bold revenue statement and although "The company believes that revenue will increase further in the second half of 2014." is that increase month to month or year to year. it would dramatically help to remove that ambiguity.
