For the anti-Stevia crowd there's but one question which is if you don't want or can't have sugar what choices are you left with... Hmmm, let's see do I want some sweetener that was created in a lab or do I want something that comes from a plant? Not a hard choice.
There are known (sometimes serious) side affects using other ARTIFICIAL sweeteners so in my mind that leafs Stevia as the obvious choice. <pun intended>
