The number for the float at OTC was around 1.4B as of October 8, 2013. You may as well look at any of the filings to add up all the subsequent share give aways with no restrictions as well as the shares that became freely tradable on 6/2 and all the shares the company diluted. Pretty sure you and anyone else will find that the float is well over 4B shares as of 3/31/14.

That is fantasy, I don't know the ciphering being used here, but any R/S will wipe out everyone holding this stock.

You do know that your shares are involved in a R/S right?

The float is "1.4M" with a stock price at $2.50.
