and as for a judge understanding how trading happens, not much chance of that. That is probably why the judge ruled that Ironridge was not doing any stock manipulation....pretty hard to grasp even for most of us how manipulation is done, especially if there is no real investigation. Not saying there was, but a judge is not likely to be a good person with enough understanding to rule on something as he did...just an opinion.
