Waitedg......with regard to St-Malo, I see it as both parties understanding that when a contract for the KDS is ready, there will certainly be communications to get that accomplished at that time. Brian is older, but certainly not detached at all, from my conversations with him. You could be right on the shares situation, but it was never pursued. Instead they chose to loan in money and defer salaries.

And I hadn't before realized that St-Malo was not actually a contracted reseller for the KDS.

I also have to disagree with....and frankly find ridiculous..... any comparisons here to lottery tickets. It's just not an apt comparison at all, if you really think about it in any depth.

We have a very high penny stock risk/reward situation here, based on all of the evidence put forward.
