that is not a warning for 'ERBB'. That is a generic warning.

if ERBB was an illegitimate company as some people claim, it would not be trading now.

SEC has also warned of organized illegal short raids and their disinformation campaigns.

Shorts would love nothing more than to see the price tank,
getting it suspended would be their ultimate goal to achieve this.

If you agree, feel free to report participants of illegal short raids to the SEC.
complaints do get followed up. they can find people very easily.
