The electronic device for oxygen sensor calibration is called and EFIE. They are available on EBay and people have been using them with success. Perhaps they are improved by now? I've been researching this all day and didn't know how progressed the technology is until now. They have complete systems to power your house from water.

I've been fooling around with free energy ideas for a long time, but would rather just buy a working system! Still not a lot on the market, but, the market is there!

BTW: I only want to power a 5 hp generator that has no electronic engine controls. I didn't know about the PEMFC (proton exchange membrane fuel cell) to make electricity directly from hydrogen until today. I want to get one if I can find one somewhere reasonably priced.

I was trained by Ford training center, in MD, in electronic engine controls over 30 years ago when they first came out. Shouldn't be a problem to use HHO cells in a car. A guy on YouTube is running a truck completely with HHO cells. No gasoline at all. They also have hydrogen oxygen splitters that could vent the oxygen and only use the hydrogen.
