Will work on a detailed outline of what occured and no doubt bring up the issue that Pfizers defense attorneys stated on the court record they stopped using Ponezumab PF-04360365 however the factual evidence shows they have and are continuing the use.

They lied to the court and tried to mislead judge Oing.Thats why he went ballastic and imo said bullshit on the record even if the word was not recorded its clear what he stated.

Then I let them know I sent Ian Read Pfizers CEO at Corp. notice of what my opinion was regarding the breach by Pfizer and witholding the 2 million milestone payment.
