So in Nevada they have that option ,but for the benefit of shareholders ,management should think of shareholders and reverse split authorized shares as well, even if they don't have to ,I prefer them to complete a buy back buy they don't even have money to pay for a studio "gone are the days of lead concert halls build on pixie dust " lol
