Merrill Lynch is a huge company with offices all over the world. It is extremely unlikely that Mr. DeRushe and Mr. Kragen have ever met.

Besides, I gave you links where you could easily verify the fact that each state has it's own numbering for insurance licenses. Here they are again...

For Colorado, where Mr. DeRushe is number 436319

For Texas, where he is number 1813859 (you'll see that his wife Patrice is also licensed in Texas)

He may be licensed in more states, as well.

So, again, it is just coincidence that DeRushe and Kragen share a number in two different states.
