A cdex thought--
Has it ever occurred to some that Wade never said this:
"I was pleasantly surprised to see that the signal strength of ELF actually increased and was stronger in the natural environment," he said. "The mines stood out in a clearer contrast in the field than when ELF was picking up extraneous 'noise' from the laboratory setting - linoleum, walls, and the like."
Let me offer a thought:
The SEC had the Loch management, the employee's, and consultants in their office for questioning. It went like this:
SEC: Mr. Boone, did Dr. Poteet actually say "
"I was pleasantly surprised to see that the signal strength of ELF actually increased and was stronger in the natural environment," he said. "The mines stood out in a clearer contrast in the field than when ELF was picking up extraneous 'noise' from the laboratory setting - linoleum, walls, and the like."
Mr. Boone: On the advise of legal council, i plead the 5th. And yes he did, over and over again.
The same was asked of Henry Blair and Mark Baker, and they pleaded the 5th too.
However, when Dr.Poteet was asked if he said "
"I was pleasantly surprised to see that the signal strength of ELF actually increased and was stronger in the natural environment," he said. "The mines stood out in a clearer contrast in the field than when ELF was picking up extraneous 'noise' from the laboratory setting - linoleum, walls, and the like."
He said no. He then showed his notes to the SEC.
Which is WHY Dr. Poteet was such a good witness for the SEC, the FBI, and the Arbitration. He always answered the questions. Duh!
