Dunno .... this company is doing everything wrong at the moment.
Lack of growth isn't exactly true. They have continued to grow .... but nowhere near where they should be. Too many excuses.
News, compensation, transparency and dilution all a factor. Shareholders are quite pissed off ..... Letters have been sent to BoD members ..... requesting explanations of the BoD and mgmt's actions.
The courts are really taking their sweet old time with the Yahoo appeal. Its been 7 months since the case was heard. All the other cases heard at the same time have already be decided.
