I believe that was mentioned when they planned a merger, old news.
Since they have been working with Canaccord, they plan to go directly to the TSX-V with sponsorship. The funds have been raised to do so. I think the next time they raise money for anything,they will be on the TSX-V and at a much higher share price, Like .20 cents plus!!

I imagine they will have some announcements prior to moving to the TSX-V, The price will more than likely go above .10 cents with solid news. So if you want to wait, be prepared to PAY!
