I added 10000 @.125, ask was .128 all day. IHub streamer
shows only 11000 buys in green @.128. There were several
other trades in red at .125 and I suspect they were buys at
below the ask also. Anybody's guess where this goes next,
I hope the Chinese government is successful in limiting the
REE exports that cause the surplus and low prices.
