Thats my concern too. Also, with Manu gone, will Atlas still be with MDNT or will MDNT default on Atlas debts. Is Yellow release still on track? Will Atlas be an active part of distribution outside US? No answers to any of this.
If Jake can back stab someone in his own company what is stopping him from back stabbing the investors.
They didn't strip him of anything, they simple had the BOD vote to issue new preferred shares, entirely in the purview of the BOD. Once they increase the preferred shares sufficiently to essentially nullify Manu's preferred shares voting power the could vote him out any way they wanted, basically an inside coup.
