Nice work rocco2...you know this is not the first time you pieced together something like this...I remember at the Wynn you mentioned to me BRK was getting into residential real estate on the East Coast...they are now everywhere on the West Coast...logical conclusion...they would not invest in residential real estate if they thought and affordable 30 year mortgage was going away...Warren may soon announce he is in FNMA FMCC...would not surprise me...then...ah, pop n lock.
