Every time shares are handed out they are restricted.

I don't think that last couple months the shares have been restricted, other wise the Float and Outstanding wouldn't be going up

A fully reporting company would file 8-K and 10-Q's that would provide the SH those details. Sad we don't have that information..


But this is what Frank is working towards, fully reporting.
