The holdup is first quarter financial filing. They missed
the deadline. I don't know why. I would like to think it
is because they are going to file everything with SEC and
not fool around with filing to OTC and they are waiting for
imminent Ticker change approval to file SEC required forms
and financials which they have stated are ready to be filed
when ticker change is approved.
