That was the 6.5 Billion shares offering that ran to .0003

R/S'd and cancelled think that leaves 400-500 Million at "Encounter"

NPTC was already stated to be organized by the 3 quarter 2014. I assume from the 5% F/S on the books for surrendering the certs + NPTC. Those now 6.5 Million NPTC shares and 1% F/S preferred restricted or 4.3 million "Encounter" shares. Totaling 6.93 Million shares to PTEL. Making NPTC a wholly owned subsidiary of "Encounter" Ptelcorp.
