Synth...that makes sense, except it implies that the additional shares in the O/S total they quoted have not been issued to any one...i.e. the total number of issued shares is much less than 106 million...somehow I doubt that...for example, if the total issued shares were just 40 million, then they would have a problem with the 50 million cap...
