It's called negotiations.

QASP turns out was getting a much larger piece of the pie than originally expected and wanted.
So negotiations go back. You've seen it a bunch.
The good thing q has what they wanted, we are getting more.

It's not like American Pickers or Gas Monkey selling a car, well sort of, every new bid brings the parties closer together. But it takes DD, lawyers and time.
The good, we are bound to these guys to merge into one.

Possibly deal is done but a second deal tied to deal is not. What's going on is were waiting on lawyer or other party. Theres a ceetain term that takes 2-4 weeks after initial binding agreement. Lawyer may have adopted that and they are waiting on that . It will help deal be stronger. Accotding to timeline if that's the case its anytime. Donnells in Colorado getting this done! Patience
