Manu raised the AS to 5 bil and told us to expect dilution. He made it clear he wanted to build his fantasy land. He wasn't good for the company because he's not a company man... just a guy with an enormous dream. If Manu was able to build that dream it would have been the ultimate in shareholder value.

I think this is going up, but not because of the integrity of the BOD. Despite Jake the Snake MDNT has many positives. I'm hoping Koppelman is more than just a figurehead.
