$NEWL nice analysis:

MGP/Hanover debt, only 1-2 mil dollars left
Based on today's 6-K form and my calculation. I think there are around 1-2 mil (including legal fees) left (see below). So, I highly think that NEWL next news would be the full payment of the debt. In addition, since there have been a big increase of the shares from 69 mil (based on last 6-K) to 104 mil (New 6-K form), i would assume that more promissory notes have been converted to the shares. As a result, we should see a very good improvement in the total debt.
