The key Question here IMO is will management prove itself first and re-establish investor confidence before it actually moves forward with a R/S? When a company has it's house in order, generating income and has investor confidence, a reverse split is always a positive event and increases share holder value IMO. When it is a desperate attempt of a failing company to prop up it's share price, than it is always a negative event. I would feel much better with assurances from management that they will hold off on a R/S until they have clearly re-established investor confidence. MDNT
