The location there in is a great location . It's a busy street all high end stores . Big Wall Street firms and so on . If you know anything about n.j. Rent isn't cheap. This spot is costing $$$ big money . I'm sure he worked some deal for a month or two free while he gets set up. Why would he need 15 parking spots ( clearly marked for the directory.com if he didn't plan on filling the spots . Just be patient that office will be filled . I will be back there next Thursday to see what has progressed
