I have never been in Fry's ....I've been to Best Buy and they have a good support staff. That's what making me lean toward this type of store rather than a warehouse(FOR NOW) You just can't shove the Viosphere in a store and hope people walk by and notice it ....You need staff to introduce the product to the potential customers and know what their talking about.... Just my opinion and you know what they say about them.
