One must be moron to be member of Seeking Alpha. I used to be one, so I was a moron. But I have cancelled. Those guys are self serving people, the more people listen/read them, the more they make money. The less people read them, the less they make. They are not a legit financial journal. They are not providing valuable info, they are providing info that serve their own position or agenda. No ethics, no true value...Only ships read them, people unable to make their own decision, the dumb, the unable people buy or sell with their recommendation..

Wow, great evaluation of the PPS. I agree with your assessment, especially about the fact that the company is undervalued.
Unfortunately this Stock has been on a downward spiral for so long, it has taken the PPS below where is should be. Which is good for anone who wants to be long in an EV company.

Specifically those of us who wanted to get in Tesla, but for some reason, never did. This company has all the beginnings to make a huge run into the EV market, and not just Personal vehicles like Tesla, but Commercial vehicles of all types! Great for the company, because they already make Commercial vehicles, so they are only changing out the Engine for more Battery/Electric Power.

They already know Sales and Marketing, they already know how to acquire parts and materials, they already have a positive cash flow and a waiting list for more Commercial vehicles to be produced. Positive cashflow for several more years to come.

I feel that many people are still skeptical of their past dealings when the PPS went from $1.50 all the way down to where it is today. But during that decline, several more great addisions were added to the Company! Some not so good (IronRidge)(BlackHawk), and they have since been removed!

So as for the Positive Valuation...
I'd say give it to 2QTR financials, and the PPS will react accordingly. Once the Company confirms that they are cash flow positive and have taken even more orders for Busses and are dabbiling into the Taxi buisness now, things will really start to get movning.
