I wonder if the SEC is looking into this stock. Its hard to know but I have a feeling that past claims might come back to bite them even if more recent claims are legitimate. Its too bad because they really didnt have to do all of that. Investors would have bought in without the exaggerated claims if they would have just leveled with people and told them it would take some time.
