Possibly some messy legal stuff to get through with Manu and others from the old guard – lot of investment there in time and resources. I was quite deflated by the r/s assertion/no hesitation from Jake. Yes I understand the need but sounds like coming real soon. And great if dilution is truly over. Like to see share value grow organically these next weeks then it will feel right. I found it hard to listen to Jake; not sure kind of pushy, whiney, salesman or something that doesn’t give me confidence. Don’t need to hard sell when you know your stuff. Opposite from Koppelman; calm, statesman, etc,... – yes, sounds great the framework they espoused but NO content so far. Where’s the financing?. Holy crap it’s late in the day to not have it set up already!. Now the newspapers are confirming it’s risking their local development. Besides Michael, you have proven yourself informed and articulate and I’m genuinely interested in your take. Writing has been on the wall for quite some time since o/s of 40M and Koppelman and team have been right close to it....
