Logically, it makes sense.
Emotionally, I'm ticked.

I had no plans other than to buy more shares with the monies. Doubt the share price will be a similar bargain on May 30, 2015.

This sucks, first blaming the divy not being paid by "problems" now they come clean saying it´s delayed. I have to take some serious thinking about holding my shares. Just a Little dissapointed.

That's exactly what they were doing, pumping the stock by promising a dividend. The intention of Salomon was just to fool people to invest in SIAF so that he could sell more stock to naive investors. The company has no credibility whatsoever anymore. Joe Natural has been right all the time, SIAF is a scam!

But pumping divy news to sell stock doesn't sit well with me.
