If CheckAlt is infringing, why do they need to take over a Dieblod division that extends their 'Imaging and Item Processing Capabilities'? I suspect they are sending digital images and calling it Check21 services. If so, they don't infringe and when we get rolling they won't compete either.

Nice research:). Checkalt, as I understand it is phoney check21. They use check imaging and then ACH. My conclusion is based on my own research, including several phone calls and emails with The CEO, Mr. Sterns. They cut a day off of standard ACH times, but in no-means is it 'real time' like MyECheck.
